Vinoteka se nahaja v prvem nadstropju. Ponuja 700 različnih vinskih etiket pretežno slovenskih proizvajalcev. Poudarek je na vinih iz Vipavske doline in Goriških Brd. Našli pa boste tudi vina iz Krasa, slovenske Istre ter ostale Slovenije. Lahko se sprehodite po vinskem zemljevidu sveta, saj smo poskrbeli tudi za bogat izbor svetovnih vin. Izbor so naredili naši najboljši sommelierji, kar pomeni, da je bila vsaka steklenica posebej izbrana.
V vinoteki Mama boste lahko poskusili različna vina, na vašo željo pa vam bomo postregli tudi s hrano. Redno prirejamo dogodke na tematiko vina in hrane. Lahko vam pripravimo vodene degustacije (SLO-ITA-ANG) ali tematske večere. Poleg tega ponujamo tudi razna izobraževanja na področju vina in hrane. Vinoteka je primerna za zaključene družbe, poslovne dogodke in razne predstavitve, saj je primerno tehnično opremljena. V vinoteki imamo tudi trgovino. Poleg omenjenih vin lahko izbirate med širokim izborom žganih pijač, pivom, brezalkoholnimi pijačami, domačim medom, kavo, čokolado, cigarami in še in še…. |

L'enoteca si trova nel piano superiore e offre 700 tipi di etichette diverse di produttori sloveni. Una nota speciale meritano i vini delle Valli del Vipacco e del Collio goriziano; troverete anche una vasta scelta di vini del Carso, della terra dell'Istria e del resto della Slovenia. I nostri sommelier hanno selezionato ad una ad una le migliori bottiglie del mondo.
Nell'enoteca potrete degustare i diversi vini a vostro gradimento. Spesso organizziamo avvenimenti in tema con il vino e il cibo. Possiamo offrirvi le degustazioni guidate in lingua slovena, italiana, inglese e serate a tema. Inoltre offriamo diversi corsi culinari. L'enoteca e' tecnicamente attrezzata anche per pranzi e cene di gruppo, di lavoro e varie presentazioni.
Nell'enoteca potete trovare un negozio dove poter acquistare oltre che al vino anche grappe, birra, bibite analcoliche, miele di casa, caffe', cioccolato, sigari e altro ancora...

The Mama Vine Cellar
The Wine Cellar is located in the first floor of the restaurant and boasts over 700 different, predominantly Slovenian wines. The majority of wines are produced in the northern Slovenian Littoral region, namely in the Vipava Valley and the Gorizia Hills, however, the cellar also carries wines from the Slovenian Karst region, the Slovenian Istria and other winegrowing Slovenian regions. The cellar offers also a unique tour around the world, as it comprises a rich and extensive selection of wines from various parts of the world. This wine assortment was carefully selected by Mama's top-class sommeliers, which means that each bottle of wine was mindfully analysed and studied in details before chosen.
You can have a glass of wine and sample the wines you please in the Mama Wine Cellar. In addition to that, Mama's team will be glad to prepare food for you on your request. Mama frequently organizes various gourmet events in connection to food and wine. Upon previous announcement Mama organizes also guided wine sampling tours (in Slovene, English and Italian) and theme nights. Moreover, the restaurant and wine cellar provides also various educational seminars in the field of food and wines. The Wine Cellar is appropriately technically equipped and is therefore suitable for various private events as well as business events, seminars and presentations.
