Snack bar je odlična izbira za druženje. S sodelavci na kosilu in priljubljeni jedi, kot s prijatelji ob pijači in prigrizku ali celem obroku. Snack bar povezuje ljudi zato so tudi naše jedi namenjene, da si jih delijo vsi za mizo, kar utrjuje povezanost in družabnost. Dobrodošli pri Mami!
LUNCH & DINNER
V prvem nadstropju vas pričaka atraktiven ambient z vinoteko. V vinoteki boste tako lahko izbirali med 700 različnimi vinskimi etiketami Slovenije in ostalega sveta, pivom, posebnimi alkoholnimi pijačami, ter različnimi lokalnimi izdelki. Razvajali vas bomo s flambiranimi jedmi pripravljenimi pred vami, jedmi iz ognjišča ter pestro ponudbo fondijev. Vsekakor pa boste našli tudi najenostavnejše in zelo zanimive jedi, pripravljene po maminih receptih.
Ponudba restavracije temelji predvsem na osnovnih prvovrstnih svežih živilih. Jedilni list ponuja širok izbor ribjih, mesnih in vegetarijanskih jedi. Prednost dajemo domačim živilom iz okolice. Za zaključek pa se bo našel tudi pester izbor sirov in sladic iz naše slaščičarne. Razvajali vas bomo s flambiranimi jedmi pripravljenimi pred vami, jedmi iz ognjišča ter pestro ponudbo fondijev. Il nostro Sommelier avrà cura di farvi trovare il vino giusto per ogni piatto e gusto. Tutto questo renderà la vostra esperienza davvero speciale.
La nostra offerta si basa specialmente su ingredienti freschi di prima qualità, che varia da un ampia scelta di pesce, carne e piatti vegetariani. Diamo la priorità ai piatti tipici locali. Come dessert per addolcire il vostro palato vi offriamo una vasta scelta di formaggi e dolci della nostra pasticceria. Vi vizieremo con i piatti flambé, i piatti del focolare e un’ampia scelta dei fondì. Senz’altro troverete anche i piatti più semplici e interessanti, fatti con le ricette della mamma.
Considerata l'ampia scelta del menu’ abbiamo pensato di selezionare un’appropriata lista di vini e altre bevande. Nell’enoteca potrete scegliere fra 700 etichette selezionate provenienti dalla Slovenia e del resto del mondo, birra, bevande speciali e un assortimento di prodotti locali.

Introduction
The restaurant and wine cellar Mama is located in a pleasant village of Ajševica just 3 kilometres away from the border town of Nova Gorica in western Slovenia. Mama opened its doors to its guests in October 2012 and has the capacity to receive 50 guests. In addition to that, the restaurant comprises also a terrace, which, however, is limited only to fine weather and warm seasons. The restaurant and wine cellar Mama warmly welcomes all of you to try out its delicious food and wine every day from 12 pm till 11 pm.
Years of experience and bearing your wishes as well as requests in mind, we started a new chapter in our and your lives. A chapter titled Mama. Our team does its best to meet your requests and satisfy all your wishes. If none specific wish comes to your mind, let yourselves go and try out something new. Our experienced chef will take you on a unique culinary adventure and lead you through indescribable gourmet delights. To top it all, one of our exquisite sommeliers will select the perfect wine that would be your best company on your culinary journey.
The restaurant uses only first-class and fresh ingredients and food products. The restaurant's menu comprises a wide selection of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, the greatest emphasis though is placed on the local and regional dishes and food products grown, raised and produced in the surrounding area. To conclude your gourmet journey with a memorable experience, we offer a range of exquisite cheeses and a series of delicious desserts, the latter being made in our very own patisserie. In addition to all that, Mama also offers meals prepared in the fireplace, a wide selection of various fondues and flambéd dishes, accompanied with a tableside presentation. Following our mothers' recipes, Mama prepares all dishes, simple and intricate, that are all by all means extremely interesting and tasteful.
Such a wide selection of dishes, however, requires a wide selection of wines and other beverages. Mama, of course, took care of that too. The extensive wine cellar is located in the first floor of the restaurant and comprises over 700 different Slovenian and foreign wines, beers, distinct alcoholic beverages and other local products.
